Chientima was born from a dream we had a few years ago. Together we founded the company with the intention of producing a wine connected to the territory and the constant search for perfection.
Our company is situated over six hectares, three of which are vineyards. The varieties cultivated here include indigenous vines, some of them rare, such as Foglia Tonda, Buonamico, Colombana, Sangiovese, Ciliegiolo, Colorino, and a French semi-aromatic vine, Viognier.
All vineyard activities, from pruning to harvesting, are carried out manually.

Made from 100% well-ripened Viognier grapes, complex and very intense.
